Today I want to tell you about some celebrating going on recently at Alliance Physical Therapy.

*Celebrating Matt's new, healthy baby boy, Cooper James.

*Celebrating the passage of Medicare legislation that allows our Medicare patients to continue their rehab with us, without worrying about the "dollar cap" when PT/OT is truly needed.

*Celebrating our 2nd place "float" in the Heritage Days parade (yes we were the Beverly Hillbillies).

*Celebrating our successful transition to computerized documentation!!

*Celebrating our "new look."  See our new logo online.  "Believe!"

*Celebrating Val's success in Bike Ride Across Nebraska (BRAN) and her pledge to ride for diabetes in the Tour de Cure in Denver (see our website for more information and how you can support Val in this effort).

In a day and age when the tendency is to focus on "what's wrong" we are happy to share "what's good."  At Alliance Physical Therapy we celebrate your rehab successes . . ., no matter how big or how small.  Small successes, one at a time, eventually build up to big successes.  For example, soon after orthopedic surgery you might have only one "good day" in the first couple weeks after surgery.  Mark that day with a big smiley face on your calendar and begin doing the same for every "good day."  What you'll soon notice is that, as the weeks go by there will be more and more "smileys" on your calendar.  It's a good tool, on those days when you're feeling discouraged, for seeing that you really ARE making steady progress.

Celebrate the victories . . . Believe!!
